HFCS (High Fructose Syrup) is comprised by Glucose/Fructose.

HFCS is a primarily substitutes of Sucrose (table sugar) in the food industry. Widely used in processed foods and beverages as a sweetener. Cause it is sweet taste is similar with sucrose, but lower cost.

1.Soft drinks

The most widely used varieties of high-fructose corn syrup are: HFCS *5 used in soft drinks, approximately *5% fructose and *2% glucose;

2. Beverages, processed foods, cereals and baked goods

HFCS *2 ,used in, approximately *2% fructose and *3% glucose.

3. HFCS**0, approximately *0% fructose and *0% glucose, is used in small quantities for specialty applications, but primarily is used to blend with HFCS *2 to make HFCS *5.
